Our Hose Management System is designed to minimise the possibility
of a hose failure occurring by offering a regular hose survey
service when our trained engineers can provide you with
an opportunity of predictive maintenance planning so that
hoses can be changed during planned machine maintenance
shut-downs.
Once appointed our engineers will conduct
a detailed free survey of your machines and label each hose
with its own unique number which is then recorded on our
data base.
Within three months of the initial detailed
survey our engineer will then commence a series of monthly
visits during which he will make a visual survey on about
one third of your machines, depending upon access and availability,
checking for hose condition and potential leakage. Any which
show a potential for failure will be recorded on the engineers
check sheet and reported to the maintenance engineer responsible.
Not only will this inspection programme eliminate any disruption
to the running of the machines it means that you can be
assured that any unexpected deterioration of hoses can be
checked on a monthly basis anywhere in the plant.
We will of course give prior notice of
our inspection visits.
What will it Cost ?
The simple answer is NOTHING. We will not change hoses for
the sake of doing so and each report will be carefully explained
to the maintenance engineer. He will have the final choice
on whether or not the hose should be changed and also whether
he requires Linden to change it or his own staff.
