The start of 2008 will see some significant changes to the management structure within Linden Group Ltd.

The largest change comes with the official retirement of our Technical Director Alan Dixon. Alan has been with Linden for a little over 24 years and has been responsible for many of the Technical innovations we are able to offer our customers. Alan will still be working with us in the short and medium term in a consultative capacity so customers can be assured that there will be no loss of continuity with current projects. His role will be taken over by Richard Gill and Steve Irwin who, working in tandem will obviously operate in a slightly different way but we intend it to be a positive change that will bring benefits to all. 

Alan’s co-director John Billany, whilst not contemplating retirement intends to take more of a background role in developing the Companies future and has appointed Andrew Mason as General Manager of the Group. Andrew is another long-term member of staff having worked in most capacities within the Company over the past 25 years. John will continue as Company Chairman.

Andrew will head up a very experienced management team consisting of Pat Bake - Finance,
Lee Cornish - Purchasing, Michelle Gibson - External Sales, Adrian Clark - Internal Sales, Richard Gill - Engineering and Steve Irwin – Engineering Projects. 

For those of you currently enjoying the benefits of our Hose and Stock management services we have now created a new company within the Group to specialise on that programme. Linden Hydraulic Services Ltd will be equipped with a specialist hose repair and engineering services vehicles and will operate under the management of Shaun Billany and Dave Warburton. Those of you already invoiced by Linden Group will continue to be so.

We hope that current relationships with both customers and suppliers will be unaffected by these changes and indeed will be considerably enhanced as Linden move forward with a new generation of management.
