The P110 / P160

The Uniflex P110/P160 test benches allow the efficient and safe end testing of hose lines up to ID 2" (DN50). The lower prices for these new machines make them affordable for even the smallest workshop.

Static pressure testing of other hydraulic items such as valves cylinders, blocks and couplings are also possible.

Results may be recorded continuously by using the optional PE20 report unit.

The P200 / P200E

Due to the patented clamping system with sealing cone, screwing operations and hundreds of threaded adaptors are no longer needed. The hose is simply placed into the spacious test chamber, filled with the test medium, clamped hydraulically, subjected to static load of upto 3000 bar (43500 psi) and emptied automatically.

The new Uniflex P200E hose test bench with UNIMATIControl-E system and the special clamping system with sealing cones makes testing of hose pipes of upto ID 1" (DN25) even more flexible, faster and simpler.

All test data are entered in the easy to use menu driven control and if necessary they can be saved under a user definable article number.
